Ade’s journey into electronic music began in the early ‘80s when, as a teenager, he bought his first synthesizer. Inspired by the pioneers of the genre—Kraftwerk, Jean-Michel Jarre, The Human League, and of course, Gary Numan—he quickly developed his own signature style. His early talent led to a record deal with EMI while still in his teens, setting him on a path that would later see him perfecting his craft on world stages.

Following his departure from Gary Numan’s band, Ade took a break from music altogether. However, as most musicians know, leaving music behind is never truly an option. Over time, new technology and fresh inspiration led to a creative resurgence, fueling the vision for SVEK uk, and the new project blending dark club beats with emotive synth-driven soundscapes. New influences from EDM and DnB were combining with his synth mastery.

Momentum is building for SVEK uk, they play their fourth gig (first with this line-up in Bath (UK) in May 2025 and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
